A-attention, R-relevance, C-confidence, S-satisfaction
A……I was able to gain the attention of my colleagues by expressing to them how helpful and effective video on demand instruction would be in allowing their students an opportunity to learn beyond the classroom.
R……..The sheer notion of expanding the classroom beyond the “brick and mortar” structure creates more learning events and thus the students could gain greater knowledge of the content.
C……..Students sharing their knowledge and even conducting tutorials allowed the class to take ownership of their learning experiences.
S……….With everyone involved and contributing as a team, the entire scenario worked for the greater good of whole.
